By requesting a quote, approving artwork, placing an order, or making payment, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
General Terms
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes issued by C-Pixels are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to factors including but not limited to:
Supplier price changes
Currency fluctuations
Material availability
Stock shortages
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of quoting. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.
Additional fees may apply for:
Rush orders
Courier or delivery services
Changes requested after project approval
Work outside the original quoted scope
Payment Terms
Website Design & Graphic Design
A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery, website launch, or release of final files.
Printing & Corporate Branding Products
All printing and branded products require 100% upfront payment before production begins.
No printing or manufacturing will commence until payment has been received in full.
Domains, Hosting & Digital Marketing
These services must be paid in full upfront before activation or renewal.
C-Pixels reserves the right to:
Suspend services
Withhold deliverables
Delay production
until payment has been received in full.
Delivery & Project Timelines
Estimated timelines will be communicated before production begins.

Courier delivery

Third-party logistics providers
C-Pixels cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Suppliers
Hosting providers
Technical failures
Load shedding
Delays caused by the client
Limitation of Liability
C-Pixels shall not be liable for:
Loss of income
Loss of business opportunities
Indirect or consequential damages
Third-party service failures
Many services provided by C-Pixels rely on third-party providers. While every effort is made to ensure reliability, C-Pixels cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% uptime.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from services provided by C-Pixels will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Graphic Design Services
Graphic design services include but are not limited to:
Logo design
Corporate identity design
Marketing materials
Packaging design
Promotional graphics
Quotes include a limited number of design revisions unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions or design changes outside the original scope may be charged at an additional rate.
Major changes requested after approval may require a new quote.
C-Pixels reserves the right to place projects on hold if client feedback or required materials are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Website Design & Development
Website services include but are not limited to:
Website design and development
E-commerce websites
Website updates and maintenance
Website hosting setup
Clients are responsible for providing:
Website content
Images
Logos
Product information
Contact details
Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving this information.
Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing website maintenance, content updates, or technical support are not included in the initial website development quote.
Search engine rankings and website traffic cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors.
Printing Services
Printing services include but are not limited to:
Business cards
Flyers
Posters
Brochures
Stickers
Banners
Signage
Canvas prints
Vehicle branding
Large format printing
All printing orders require 100% upfront payment before production begins.
Because printed products are custom manufactured, the following policies apply:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
No refunds will be issued once artwork has been approved
Reprints due to client errors will be charged as a new order
Minor variations in colour, trimming, alignment, or material may occur during the printing process and are considered normal within industry standards.
Corporate Branding Products
Corporate branding products include but are not limited to:
Branded clothing
Promotional gifts
Corporate merchandise
Signage
Vehicle branding
Custom branded products
All branded items are custom produced.
Full payment is required before production begins.
Because these products are manufactured specifically for each client:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
No refunds or exchanges are allowed once artwork has been approved
C-Pixels is not responsible for supplier variations including minor colour differences, sizing differences, or product availability changes.
Domains & Hosting
C-Pixels may assist clients with:
Domain registration
Website hosting
Hosting management
These services rely on third-party providers.
While every effort is made to ensure reliability, C-Pixels cannot guarantee:
100% uptime
uninterrupted hosting services
domain availability
Domains and hosting services must be renewed annually. Failure to renew services before the renewal date may result in:
service suspension
domain loss
website downtime
Digital Marketing Services
Digital marketing services may include:
Social media marketing
Email marketing campaigns
marketing strategy assistance
Marketing performance depends on factors outside the control of C-Pixels including:
platform algorithms
audience behaviour
market conditions
advertising budgets
For this reason, specific results such as increased sales, engagement, or followers cannot be guaranteed.
Artwork Approval & Client Responsibility
All designs and artwork must be approved by the client before production begins.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs including:
spelling
grammar
contact details
layout
colours
sizes
quantities
Once artwork has been approved, C-Pixels is not responsible for any errors contained in the approved artwork.
Production will proceed exactly according to the approved proof.
Printing Quality & Artwork Responsibility
C-Pixels produces printed and branded products based on the artwork approved by the client.
By approving artwork and proceeding with production, the client accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the design and supplied content.
Resolution & Image Quality
If a client supplies their own artwork, images, or logos, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the files are suitable for printing.
C-Pixels cannot be held responsible for poor print quality resulting from:
low resolution images
incorrect file formats
unsuitable artwork supplied by the client
Colour Variations
Colours may vary between:
digital screens
printed materials
different print batches
different materials
These variations are normal within the printing industry and will not be considered defects.
Production Variations
Minor variations in trimming, cutting, alignment, or finishing may occur during production and are considered acceptable industry tolerances.
Reprints
If reprints are required due to client errors or changes requested after approval, the reprint will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drafts, and preliminary artwork remain the intellectual property of C-Pixels until full payment has been received.
Once payment has been received in full, the client receives ownership of the final approved design.
Editable or source design files remain the property of C-Pixels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
C-Pixels reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
